Ingredients:
For the Base:
6–8 pieces of soft khaman dhokla (store-bought or homemade)
For the Toppings:
½ cup fresh thick curd (whisked smooth)
2–3 tbsp green chutney (mint-coriander)
2–3 tbsp tamarind chutney
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp chaat masala
½ tsp black salt (or to taste)
Salt to taste
2 tbsp finely chopped onions (optional)
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp nylon sev
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)
