Ingredients:
2 boiled potatoes (cubed)
1 tbsp ghee or peanut oil
1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 green chili (chopped)
½ tsp rock salt (sendha namak)
½ tsp black pepper powder
¼ cup water
1 tbsp chopped coriander (optional)
Lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Heat ghee in a pan, add cumin seeds and green chili. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add boiled potato cubes, rock salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Pour water and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Garnish with coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
