Aam Panna is a popular Indian summer drink made from raw mangoes, infused with spices, and served chilled to beat the scorching heat. This traditional beverage is known for its tangy-sweet flavor and cooling properties, making it a perfect thirst quencher.

Ingredients:

2 large raw mangoes

4 cups water

½ cup sugar (adjust as per taste)

1 teaspoon black salt

1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder

½ teaspoon black pepper powder

10-12 fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Ice cubes

Chilled water or soda (for dilution)

Instructions:

Boil or Roast Mangoes: Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly. You can either boil them in water for 10-15 minutes until they turn soft or roast them on an open flame for a smoky flavor.

Peel and Extract Pulp: Once the mangoes cool down, peel off the skin and extract the pulp.

Blend the Mixture: In a blender, add the mango pulp, sugar, black salt, roasted cumin powder, black pepper, and mint leaves. Blend until smooth.

Prepare the Concentrate: Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and add lemon juice if you prefer extra tanginess.

Serve Chilled: Add 2-3 tablespoons of the concentrate to a glass, mix with chilled water or soda, and stir well.

Garnish & Enjoy: Garnish with mint leaves and serve over ice cubes for a refreshing summer drink.
