Ingredients:

4 slices of bread (cut into cubes)

1 onion (chopped)

1 tomato (chopped)

1 green chili (chopped)

1/2 tsp mustard seeds

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp garam masala

1 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.

Once they splutter, add chopped onions and green chili. Sauté until onions turn golden brown.

Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.

Add the bread cubes and mix well so that the masala coats the bread evenly.

Sprinkle garam masala, mix again, and cook for 2 minutes.

4 slices of bread (toasted and cut into cubes)

1 tbsp butter

Salt to taste

Instructions:

Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions and capsicum until soft.

Add tomato ketchup, black pepper, and chili flakes. Mix well.

Toss in the toasted bread cubes and coat them with the mixture.

Sprinkle grated cheese and cover the pan for a minute to let the cheese melt.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
