Step-by-Step Recipe
Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine khoya, all-purpose flour, and baking soda. Add milk gradually and knead into a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Shape the Balls: Divide the dough into small equal portions and roll them into smooth balls without cracks.
Heat the Oil: Heat ghee or oil in a deep pan on low-medium heat.
