Sarvatt, the renowned restaurant at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, has been officially certified by the esteemed Sattvik Council of India, marking a significant milestone for culinary excellence. The certification attests to the restaurant's dedication to upholding the highest levels of purity, quality, and authenticity in its Vegetarian/Jain offerings.

Sarvatt’s production facility has been rigorously evaluated and approved by the Sattvik Council of India, a preeminent body that certifies dining establishments for conformity to traditional Indian diets under the Vegetarian/Jain code. This certification demonstrates Sarvatt's commitment to providing guests with an unparalleled culinary experience rooted in the rich traditions of vegetarian and Jain cuisine.
