Strawberry Nutella Pancake Stack Delights

Ingredients:

For the Pancakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

3/4 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1 tsp vinegar)

1 egg

2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for greasing)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Filling & Topping:

1/2 cup Nutella (slightly warmed for drizzling)

1 cup fresh strawberries (hulled and sliced)

Whipped cream (optional)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Mint leaves (for garnish – optional)

Instructions:

Prepare the Pancake Batter:

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk the egg, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed (do not overmix).

Cook the Pancakes:

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

Repeat for all batter. You should get 6–8 pancakes.

Assemble the Stack:

Place one pancake on a serving plate.

Spread a layer of Nutella and top with strawberry slices.

Repeat layers, stacking 3–4 pancakes.

Finish with Flair:

Drizzle warm Nutella over the stack.

Top with extra strawberries, a dollop of whipped cream (optional), and dust with powdered sugar.

Garnish with mint leaves for a fresh finish.
