Ingredients

4 cups milk

3 tablespoons vanilla custard powder

5 tablespoons sugar

1 apple (chopped)

1 banana (sliced)

1 cup grapes

1 orange (peeled and chopped)

1 kiwi (optional)

½ cup pomegranate seeds

½ cup mango cubes

Dry fruits for garnish

Method

Step 1: Prepare the Custard

Take a small bowl and mix custard powder with a few tablespoons of cold milk to make a smooth paste without lumps.

Step 2: Boil the Milk

Heat the remaining milk in a pan and add sugar. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 3: Add Custard Mixture

Slowly pour the custard mixture into the boiling milk while stirring continuously. Cook for 3–5 minutes until the custard thickens.

Step 4: Cool the Custard

Turn off the flame and allow the custard to cool completely. Refrigerate it for at least 1–2 hours for a chilled dessert texture.

Step 5: Add Fruits

Once the custard is chilled, add all chopped fruits and mix gently.

Step 6: Garnish and Serve

Top with dry fruits, nuts, or extra pomegranate seeds and serve cold.
