Ingredients :
1 slice toasted bread
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
Fresh blueberries
Granola
Honey (optional)
Instructions:
Spread Greek yogurt on the toast.
Top with blueberries and granola.
Drizzle with honey if desired.
2. Avocado & Black Sesame Toast
Ingredients:
1 slice toasted bread
½ ripe avocado, sliced
Black sesame seeds
Fresh parsley or cilantro (garnish)
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Instructions:
Layer avocado slices on toast.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Garnish with parsley, season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
3. Peanut Butter Banana Toast
Ingredients:

1 tbsp peanut butter
Banana slices
Cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Spread peanut butter over the toast.
Add banana slices.
Sprinkle with cacao nibs or chips.
