Singer Stebin Ben and Nupur Sanon recently appeared on Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi's show, 'Double Date', where the couple openly discussed their interesting love story. During the show, Stebin Ben revealed that he had first messaged Nupur for a collaboration back in 2016. Stebin said, "We both loved music. Nupur is a classically trained singer, and while I haven't had any professional training, I used to sing."
Stebin Ben added, "That’s how we started talking—by appreciating each other's work on Instagram. I had DM'd (Direct Messaged) Nupur for a collaboration years ago, in 2016, back when she was a YouTuber."
Nupur revealed that she hadn't even noticed Stebin's message for nearly four years. It was only in 2020, after hearing his cover of the song "Mera Dil Bhi Kitna Pagal Hai," that she heard his voice for the first time and really loved it. Recalling the moment, Nupur said, "I was single at the time, and one day I spotted Stebin's DM on Instagram. He had sent it back in 2016 proposing a collaboration. There was a unique vibe and energy to his message, so I replied, and we started talking." "He used to send me voice notes of songs, and I really loved them."
Nupur Sanon and renowned Indian singer Stebin Ben got married in Udaipur in January 2026. This royal wedding took place at the Raffles Hotel, situated amidst Udai Sagar Lake in Udaipur.
The couple tied the knot following two different sets of rituals. They first had a 'white wedding' on January 10, 2026, dressed in a white gown and a suit. This was followed by the traditional Hindu ceremony, where they took the *saat phere* (seven vows). For the Hindu wedding ceremony, Nupur wore a beautiful peach and orange dual-toned *lehenga*.
