In today's fast-paced life, finding time regularly for one's health is becoming a challenge. The impact of this neglect gradually manifests in the body, potentially increasing the risk of various health issues. Experts believe that dedicating even a small amount of time daily to yoga can help reduce the risk of many diseases. As the saying goes, "Prevention is better than cure."

When blood circulation in the body is impaired, oxygen and essential nutrients fail to reach the organs in adequate quantities. This can lead to problems such as cold hands and feet, numbness or a tingling sensation, and delayed healing of injuries or wounds.

Meanwhile, pain and weakness in the back and neck muscles are becoming increasingly common among people who work while seated in one place for extended periods. Poor posture, prolonged sitting, and a lack of regular exercise are considered the primary causes of this issue. These factors place excessive strain on the muscles, causing them to gradually weaken.

In this context, the Ministry of AYUSH has recommended *Ardha Ustrasana* (Half Camel Pose) to the public via the social media platform 'X'. According to the Ministry, this gentle back-bending yoga posture helps strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and maintain overall health.

The Ministry of AYUSH states that the regular practice of *Ardha Ustrasana* can strengthen back and neck muscles. It notes that the pose can also help alleviate constipation and back pain. Furthermore, it can improve blood circulation to the head and heart regions, thereby enhancing the supply of oxygen and essential nutrients to the body. According to the Ministry, practicing this yoga posture regularly can be an effective step towards adopting a healthy and active lifestyle.
